Local Fine Dining

The restaurant adapted the 7-course vegetarian menu into a 5-course vegan menu for me. I appreciated that the vegetables and fruits were sourced from the farm on Ile d’Orleans. When I went in May, the menu had a lot of picked and fermented items; I assume the summer menu will be more fresh and varied. I also appreciate that this is a fine dining restaurant that accommodates vegans. However, note that it comes with a fine dining price.
