To be avoided - Edit
Costa Vida technically has vegan options but if you ask for grilled veggies, in my experience, they will say they don't have any. I ended up having to eat chips with a can of beans I happened to have in my car.

Dismissive attitude - Edit
I asked about vegetarian options and the staff member was dismissive and made gestures with his hands shewing me away as he said “no”. I even asked about making an entree avocado instead of meat and he said “we don’t do that here.” I do eat meat but I am trying to eat more vegetarian now and I used to like Costa Vida, but after this experience, I’m less likely to return.

"Veggie" protein option is menaingless - Edit
Thought I would try the Costa-cado, online says there was a veggie option. Their veggie options actually means no meat, there are no grilled veggies or anything else put in if you choose the veggie option. So instead of an avocado stuffed with grilled veggies that I expected, I got an avocado covered in sauce with lettuce on the side. In addition, the veggie option is supposed to be a dollar less, but their POS doesn't have the veggie option for the Costa-cado so I paid full price.

Rice not Vegan! - Edit
I can't believe that they make such a universal dish -rice- with cow's milk ingredients in it, I always add rice to my salads, just don't feel like getting a salad from here without it.
Read morePros: Some vegan options available (limited), Tortillas are vegetarian
Cons: Most things have animal products in them , Cross contamination is BIG with sauces

Costa Vida - Edit
Right by my work, I get the veg salad with everything minus cheese, a scoop of guacamole is free (yeahhh) and the lime vinaigrette as the dressing. I also bring extra of my own avocados to enjoy more awesomeness!! (: a nice quick lunch/dinner.
