Fresh Salad & Deli Buffett ♡ - Edit
If you are lacking of vegetable this is the perfect place!
Read moreThey have deli & salad buffet for approx. ¥1,900 and the staffs help you serve beautifully at the moment due to Covid.
You should tell them if you are vegan in advance, so that they can exclude animal food.
In my view restaurants in department stores/ shopping malls are often overpriced and not very fresh, but The food here is very fresh and have such varieties of ingredients including seasonal fruits!
The price is indeed not cheap, but if you eat a lot (like me) it’s quite a good price.
Also the atmosphere is relaxing and helps you to enjoy the food even more.
I’ve only had the salad but their sweets and mains look good as well.
Pros: Fresh vegetables and fruits , Pretty interior decoration
Cons: Slow service , Crowded

Tasty but pricy - Edit
Cute cafe next to Ebisu station located on the second floor of atre. Lots of clearly marked vegan options and a nice buffet (during non COVID times). I always come here when I’m in the area. I usually get the buffet but it doesn’t seem to be an option anymore due to COVID (understandable but disappointing). Pad Thai was delicious but size was definitely smaller so I’m not sure it’s really worth the price. Overall it’s a nice place to go.

great vegan choices - Edit
Over two visits, I've had the fried juicy soy meat rice bowl, soy latte, almond caramel soy milk tea, raspberry cacao raw cake, and pad thai.
Read moreEverything was great except for the almond caramel soy milk tea, which was a little overly sweetened for my tastes, and the fried juicy soy meat rice bowl- although I liked the soy meat, I didn't like the sauce on top and the lettuce in the bowl had passed its peak. I had to pick some of the lettuce out of the bowl as it had actually gone off. The raspberry cacao raw cake was slightly frozen and chocolatey without being overpowering- really lovely.
I noticed there is an appetizer with the fried soy meat and fried "non-fish," presumably without the sauce, so I'll try that instead next time.
Location is very convenient near JR Ebisu station.
Note there's a 90 minute limit on staying at the table.

Good atmosphere, dinner not so good - Edit
I had moderately high expectations for this place and went on Xmas evening. I ordered the yuzu pepper pasta and it had little to no flavor and was a very strange consistency (soupy and slimy).
Read moreIt was actually borderline gross and I didn’t know how much I would be able to finish. I could deal with the consistency of the sauce if the flavor was there, but it was almost flavorless; surprising given the number of ingredients visible in the sauce (including some mysterious white stuff).
Don’t order the yuzu pepper pasta unless you like bland food that is slimy.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Good view
Cons: Dish was not yummy, Overpriced, Disappointing

This is a beautiful little restaurant located very close to Ebisu station. It’s popular, so you may have to wait.
Eventually you’ll be escorted to your seat and given a menu, upon which the vegan options are clearly marked. We weren’t super hungry, so we just got an appetizer and dessert. The fried fish was amazing, and tasted just like the real thing. And the parfaits were decadent, delicious treats. We enjoyed every bite.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but we really enjoyed our meal here, and would recommend that you check them out too.

High End Cafe with Clearly Marked Vegan Options - Edit
Read the Vegan Tokyo Guide on https://itravelforveganfood.com/vegan-tokyo-guide/
Read moreThis high-end cafe in Ebisu has quite a lot of vegan options, including burgers, rice bowls, noodles and desserts, although the price is on the higher side.
For this parfait, the unexpected ingredient is the green layer in the middle. It’s actually made with edamame, which is a young green soybean widely used in Japanese cuisine. But using it in a dessert is certainly unexpected. It is sweetened and chilled so it isn’t too weird in this parfait.
The other layers include vegan soft serve on top, crispy cereal in the middle and matcha ice cream on the bottom.
Pros: Good food, Comfortable and classy environment
Cons: Pricey

Loads of options - Edit
Good variety and salad bar. Definitely give it a go since it's on the way out of Harajuku towards Ometesando. I ordered the rice bowl with the soy meat chilli con carne. I felt the rice to topping ratio was a bit off. Too much rice filled me up and I had to skip dessert. They have a vegan cheesecake I would've wanted to try. Maybe another time.

Exciting fusion - Edit
We ate a Japanese pasta-dish, with Italian style pasta and Japanese style sauce and vegetables/mushrooms. The portions were of good size, and the food was exciting. They have symbols for vegan, gluten-free and raw items on the menu, and several of the options were indeed vegan. Uploaded some pictures of the menu.

I come for the salad buffet - Edit
Considering the high price and small variety and quantity of vegetables in Japan this is a veggie paradise. The salad buffet for 2200 yen is great for filling up on veggies as much as you want or can. There’s also a menu a la carte with cheaper prices, check if it’s vegan though, since there’s meat and fish etc. Can also get smoothies and juices in there or takeout!
