Good for a quick vegan lunch - Edit
Corner Mercantile has many tasty vegan options. Their to-go cooler always has a vegan tempeh BLT wrap that I have grabbed on many occasions. Their hot food section has rotating vegan options, like burritos, sandwiches, and sides. You can get oat milk and other non-dairy milks at their coffee bar.

Able to find ready made salad options. If you're in need of less processed vegan options, this works.

Could have been worse - Edit
Everything is pre-made, which I don't have a problem with, but the 2 vegan items were on platters with meat. Why not put the 2 vegan items on a platter together away from the meat!?! It's really not difficult and would make vegans more comfortable.
Read moreFood was edible but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. BLT was dry and sloppy Joe was a bit bland, didn't try the burrito because it honestly sounded weird.
