don't be offput by the menu - Edit
the menu technically has no listed vegan options which scared me initially, but you can essentially make your own breakfast burrito with vegan sausage, vegan cheese and whatever veggies you want! i did mushrooms, spinach, black beans, and tomatoes- they also have avocado, potatoes, etc. you get the gist. only thing missing is a listed menu option!!!

Went for breakfast at 8:30 am and this place is so popular we barely saw a soul on the way there but there was a small wait when we arrived. Well worth it. Super accommodating. I did the veggie sides they offer and a side of black beans with dry multigrain toast. Delicious! The presentation was beautiful. Our waitress was super sweet and I had the best oat milk chai latte I’ve ever had! Yum! Will definitely be back and will try the vegan breakfast burrito another review mentioned that they are willing to do.

Although the menu did not have any vegan options, they were very accommodating. They have black beans, vegan sausage and vegan cheese as options, and they happily put together a vegan breakfast burrito with beans, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and vegan cheese (small upcharge for the cheese). The waitress volunteered that the well-seasoned breakfast potatoes were cooked with margarine and not butter. All return here next time ate in town
