All'arrivo tutti i tavoli erano occupati, ma ho lasciato il nome al cameriere per la lista d'attesa e dopo pochi minuti il tavolo era pronto; molto rapido anche il servizio. Ho provato le orecchiette dell'orto di Nonna Giuseppina, una delle due opzioni vegane, ed erano veramente buonissime. Le verdure erano ben cotte e tutto il piatto era saporito; alla fine ho preso anche una porzione di pane per fare la scarpetta con tutto il sughetto rimasto. Non ho invece preso le pallette dolci che ho visto tra le foto qui su Happy Cow perché sul menù erano segnate come vegetariane e non vegane, ed effettivamente il cameriere che ha preso l'ordine mi ha confermato che contengono latte (ma appunto, sul menù l'indicazione di cosa è vegano e cosa non lo è è corretta).

Além de duas opções de massa vegana, comi a opção n.07 e estava deliciosa, mas adorei a opção de sobremesa que são uns bolinhos parecidos com bolinho de chuva. É tão raro ter sobremesa pra gente.

This is the best option to eat in Alberobello because it's way cheaper than the rest of the places and has two different options of vegan pasta.
