Friendly, convenient - Edit
Staff was friendly and helpful. There are many locations, so it's great to have vegan options.
Read moreWe didn't love the food. From previous reviews, it seems like you need to know what to order, so maybe we'll try again. The kids quesadilla had a nice cheese, but the "fries" (it says they're baked but they were not crispy at all) didn't do it for us. They kindly customized the tacos for kiddo, which was great. I tried the tacos unaltered and they were ok.

Dependable, satisfying (minus the fries) - Edit
Once you figure out the good menu items, then you’re good to go. I find some of it is a bit hit or miss. The Aztec bowl with shiitake is definitely worth it, the chili is really good too as well as the shiitake sandwich (I think there’s only a burger now). In recent years, they’ve included a lot of “brands” like just egg, gardein, field roast which is fun at first but makes the food less exciting since it’s stuff we can buy and recreate at home.
Read moreThe fries are quite bad to be honest. For the poutine they used to use Daiya so it wasn’t great, they may have updated it though. The wings are really good but expensive.

Fully vegan fast food place in Brossard - Edit
The variety of options is great and whatever I tried, tasted nice. The soup was barely warm, which was a disappointment.

Plant-based power food - Edit
Copper branch is a vegan food chain that has various locations in and around the city. Each restaurant has a trendy and clean feel. It is a good option when you want to have a quick healthy meal on the go. The food is tasty, but a little overpriced my opinion. My personal favourites are the shiitake teriyaki burger and the Aztec bowl.

quick & delicious - Edit
Popped into this spot for brunch before we set off exploring Montreal for the day. It's in a convenient location, right off of St. Catherine's St. I had the Aztec Bowl with tempeh and quinoa, and my partner had the General Copper with shiitake mushrooms and quinoa. Both were a great mix of flavours that we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was very quick and overall we happy with our experience.

Convenient and tasty - Edit
Copper branch is the first vegan chain in Montreal. They are steadily growing and the first step in their location will let you know why. A beautiful design as well as some awesome dishes is a killer equation. It does not have that mom and pops feel but it is a sure bet either when in town or travelling.

At least it is vegan - Edit
Went for a take away. Chosen Asian Bowl, thinking that it will be some kind of Buddha bowl, mixture of slightly warm and cold stuff. I had quinoa as the base and tempeh. Arrived at home, 15 minutes after, everything was just cold, so it was like a cold quinoa salad. i hate cold meal in the winter. Sauce was ok, vege was fresh, really "refreshing" lunch, but not my cup of tea for winter. If i wanted cold salad, i would have go to Avril. Anyway, the mini bowl, portion was slightly big for me, it was $11 including tax. If you are not a very big eater, may be don't take regular size. Decent place to eat at the south shore.

nice place - Edit
Easy to find casual upscale fast food. They have artisan veggie burgers , wraps and bowls, with all the trimmings. Didn't get a chance to eat the avocado toast but looked great.

Both good and not so good stuff... - Edit
I've been to Copper Branch a few times, mostly because I live in Brossard and there are not a lot of vegan restaurants in the area (when you don't feel like going to Montreal). I really love the portobello burger, the sauce is delicious! But I don't really like the bowls, the portions are generous but I feel like flavour is missing, they're just not tasty (I've had 2-3 different ones and it's always the same thing). Still giving it 4* because I'm happy to have a vegan option 5 minutes away from home!

Really Tasty Breakfast - Edit
We really enjoyed the breakfast options we tried. I had the Matcha Lime Smoothie Bowl and it was really delicious and my husband had the Quinoa & Coconut Power Bowl, which he said tasted great. The staff was very friendly and it's so convenient to have a healthy spot to grab a meal in this area. I really appreciate the clean ingredient list on the menu.

I took the aztec bowl, and it was horrible. The tempeh, the sour cream and the sauce was really not good. Not recommending it :(

Not bad - Edit
The place is pleasant and the staff were fine. The food was okay. Not bad. I would not likely go out of my way to go back as I do for places I really like but nothing was bad. Well, the two smoothies both tasted like there was some pot peri mixed win with it; very flower and perfumy. That was a little weird not again not terrible. The bowl was a mix of hot and cold items, which is fine but the hot was barely warm and the col could have been colder. The poutine was not bad but could have been hotter.
