One of the best Vietnam Vegan restaurant - Edit
Full VEGAN on october 2025
Read moreOpened on June 17, 2025, chef Lan, known from her restaurants Vietnam in Paris and Le petit pré chez Lan, has reopened a new vegan Vietnamese restaurant with a few vegetarian dishes and desserts, in keeping with her values of mindfulness.
The restaurant offers fine cuisine, with the specialty of caramelized tofu, a delight for the taste buds.
I went for the plant-based version of the “Inspire - Expire” menu, consisting of soup, caramelized tofu, soy eggplant caviar, white rice, and a lovely sweet and sour tofu, tomato and dill soup, which is refreshing in these hot days.
The dessert was succulent, "banana, tapioca pearls and coconut milk.
To digest it all, I enjoyed an original artichoke tea!
The decor is beautifully crafted, with soothing touches to help you spend a good time in this place of mindfulness.
Meditation sessions will be offered in the downstairs room.
I appreciated the way the chef and her daughter took care of my culinary needs.
In short, a place whose menu changes every week, I can't wait to return to discover the Vietnamese cuisine revisited by the chef.

Incroyable! Best in Paris - Edit
We found this gem that has the best pho and Vietnamese coffee! The owner/chef was very friendly, and we got to see some of their live music. They had a meditation salle in the downstairs, but we didn't get a chance this time. We will be back next week since they have new specials each week. The menu was 100% vegan when we ate there.

Delicious Vietnamese food (but vietnamese coffee is not vegan!) - Edit
I had a great time in this restaurant.
Read moreThe food feels authentic and fresh, the service is friendly and the vibe was rather calm.
Portions are ok, though.
They recently switched to offering a full vegan food menu; however, there is still one non-vegan item in the hot drinks: the vietnamese coffee (they use cow's condensed milk).
I really hope they can find a vegan alternative soon (or simply stop offering this drink), because we really need a vegan vietnamese restaurant in Paris!
Pros: all food is vegan, friendly staff, good food
Cons: not all vegan
