Serve amazing vegan food

A vegetarian café located at the foot of Mount Fuji, it offers a serene environment with spacious, elegantly decorated interiors. The owner thoughtfully provided menus in both Chinese and English, with clear labels for ingredients and vegetarian options. Some dishes contain onions, but alternatives are available for those who cannot eat onions. The food is unique and made with fresh, natural ingredients.

Very nice, humble, natural place

Feels like they made everything from scratch. Even the 'black sesame ice cream'. Very tasty food. Not as cheap as some other places, but fair price. Feels very local and has a classical western feeling to it.
It's a small distance behind Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, the major Shrine in Fujiyoshida, which makes it a good stop of you're at the Shrine.

Pros: Main course is good!, Nice staff, Atmosphere

Macrobiotic heaven in the forest 🌲😋

Best nourishing food in the middle of the forest!
Everything was just nice about this place.
It looks like in a ghibli movie.

All vegan place worth visiting while in Fujiyoshida

Beware that last order for food is at 14.30, after that is only drinks and desserts.

I had the Jimi Jimi Teishoku which was very tasty and the right amount of food to feel satiated. Very aesthetically pleasing as well.
I then ordered the black sesame ice cream that I enjoyed a little less (icy texture, not quite my type of flavour). Kind of fancy atmosphere and a bit pricey, but I'm still glad that there is an all vegan place in Fujiyoshida and definitely worth a visit, especially if you are visiting (as you should) the gorgeous Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen shrine, which is close by.

Amazing experience

When I arrived, I saw a sign saying they wouldn't be serving food today because they didn't have ingredients. They seemed open and I went in and after some translation by an English speaking customer, it turned out they did have one option in stock. They made me a delicious curry with a nice salad. I was happy to have the curry, but honestly I would've ordered 2-3 more things 😅. FYI last call for food is at 3pm. As far as I can tell, menu is entirely vegan except for the fact that you can get cow milk with you coffee.

Pros: Delicious food, Good value, Very nice staff

Healthy and filling lunch meal

Went there for lunch after visiting Kawaguchi lake, and had the set meal. You can tell that each dish was gently cooked as they were made with details. The atmosphere was great, too. They also sell pita bread and some other seasonings near the cashier.

excellent food and ambiance

Great place to get a set meal that enables you to try lots of different dishes at a good price. Everything was delicious. The location was a jazz bar when the current operator's father ran it. Tasteful interior design and a very pleasant atmosphere suitable for a casual hang out or a date. The owner is unobtrusive but very friendly if you want to have a chat. Very convenient location if you go by car/taxi, just a few minutes from downtown Fuji Yoshida and Lake Kawaguchiko. This is definitely the best place in the area for vegans looking for a Japanese meal that's not fast food.

Pros: excellent food, great ambiance, good prices

Delicious Food, Relaxing Atmosphere

The food here is amazing! We ordered the "Shimi jimi Teishoku" and the falafel wrap. Both were vegan. The Shimi Jimi Teishoku is a set meal where 5-6 small delicious dishes are served on a wooden tray along with two types of rice and miso soup. The meal was so satisfying. There were 2-3 vegan desserts on the menu but we were too full to try them. I'll definitely leave room for dessert next time.

There was soft jazz playing in the background which created a really calming and warm atmosphere. I'd say it's the perfect place for a lunch date or a meal with friends and family. I saw a baby chair and children's books so families seem very welcome.

We were served complimentary tea towards the end of our meal. It tasted so good I bought a packet of tea leaves to take home (the cafe has a shelf with tea, falafel mix, and other vegan food for customers to buy).

The cafe closes around 5pm (can't remember the exact time). The last order is 3pm so as long as you get there by 3pm, you can enjoy a meal.

Looking forward to trying other dishes on the menu next time... but so tempted to get the Shimi Jimi Teishoku again :)

Pros: Food tastes great, Warm and calm atmosphere. Great architecture, Owner is really nice

Nice Dining Spot, Good Food!

Easily accessible by car, parking out the front and space for bicycle. Easy to find with google maps.
Very friendly staff, limited English however still easy to communicate with. After handing us the menu they brought over another book with pictures of the meals and showed us what was what. Food prepared relatively fast, great tasting food, the curry was different to anything I’ve tasted before but was still yummy! Reasonably priced and the cafe has a variety of wooden cutlery etc. for purchase in store.

Pros: Good tasting vegan options, Staff friendly, Easy to find
