Топовая и единственная веган бургерная в Москве - Edit
Когда-то, когда у Complex Burger не было даже помещения и их еду можно было попробовать только на ВегМарте, они произвели настоящую революцию в веган мире. Точнее, в мире веган-фастфуда в России.

Во-вторых, это были первые, на моей памяти, веган бекон и веган яичница!
Прошло уже несколько лет, а я до сих пор помню свои ощущения.
И, в-третьи, это были первые бургеры с Beyond Meat в веган заведениях (что удивительно, в местах с традиционным питанием они появились раньше).
Считаю, это заведение - лучшей бургерной! Особенно сейчас, когда меню расширилось в несколько раз, а к привычным бургерам, добавились роллы (шаурма), питты и салаты. Также есть различные закуски, десерты и топовые лимонады.
Единственным минусом всегда была и остаётся цена.
Когда "Комплекс" только появился, цена на бургеры у них были в 1,5-2 раза выше, чем в других веган заведениях. Но это объяснялось имитированным мясом, что привозили из-за границы. Со временем, цены перестали кусаться, оставаясь неизменными, они внезапно очутились в среднем ценовом сегменте по веган заведениям с подобной едой. Но после введения санкций произошёл нереальный скачок цен на 100, а то и 200, и 300 %. И появились позиции с ценником в 2000 рублей. Что совсем не подходит для бургерной на фуд-корте. Пускай, это и центр города, и фуд-корт - гастромаркет, а не площадка в ТЦ - всё равно. Конечно, в ответ на такое повышение цен, упал спрос, а в ответ на это появились новые позиции, с имитированным мясом отечественного производителя, опять же в среднем ценовом сегменте, но всё-таки хочется, чтобы и оригинальное меню было доступным для всех, тем более, что опыт других заведений показывает, что блюда с такой начинкой могут стоить значительно дешевле.
Гостям и жителям столицы определённо рекомендую посетить как и сам фуд-корт "Парник", так и "Complex Burger"!

Устрицы на вкус как просто что то рыбное и чуть резиновое как осьминог, с соусом потянет до 6.5/10
🌸 Креветки 7.5/10 в планировке и 8.5/10 без этой корочки
Раньше обожала креветки, но в панировке никогда не ела, потому мне это показалось как то странным. Это не невкусно, просто странно для меня. Я вытащила их из этой хрустящей корочки и мне зашло больше, по вкусу как креветки, пугающе правдоподобна передана текстура.

1 в 1 как мясные, вкус и текстура, даже волокна как в мясе есть, просто без лишних слов.

Я вернулась в N год, когда я последний раз ела бургер из мака. С первого же укуса
это 1 в 1 оно. Нет, даже лучше.

Был бы 10/10 если бы на поверхности не было кусочков хрустящего сахара, я не люблю такое. Но когда я сахар убрала то просто блаженство наступило, и стало 10/10, с сахаром 9.5/10
*Рядом есть другие кафе с веган опциями(пиццы, пасты, бургеры и тд), я взяла лимонады. Лимонад из гуавы вкусный, 9.5/10
А вот коктейль с манго на любителя. Для меня
3/10, подруга оценила в 8/10.
Однозначно вернусь еще, что бы попробовать другие бургеры!

Read moreThe "easy box" is perfect if you want to taste everything, but in my opinion it should be a little bit more abundant because it is quite pricey in comparison to the quantity of food and the feeling of satisfaction.
Anyways, out of that box I strongly recommend nuggets and shrimps, but the texture and taste of all the food was an experience and very interesting.
The beyond meat burger was legendary as usual, the cheese was melting on point and the burger itself was very juicy.

Very wide choice of vegan fast food and most of the positions are very delicious. It cannot be called healthy or low calorie but I really enjoyed my food and my non-vegan friends did too. As for me the taste is worth the price.

Wide choise of burgers - Edit
The widest choise of vegan burgers in Moscow, I suppose. I must say I didn't like them all, but many of them are great. The delivery is rather fast. Also offers a good choise of snacks - nuggets, fries, shrimps, etc. Right choise if you are at home, tired and willing for some good old fast-food.

Была в этом кафе 2 раза. Оба раза удивлялась такому большому разнообразию фастфудного и в то же время веганского меню с закосом на популярные сети быстрого питания. Я не против такого, даже наоборот за, это интересно и часто вкусно, но не тут... Ни бургер, ни сосиска в тесте, ни «мясное» ни «рыбное» блюдо не порадовали своими вкусовыми качествами. Я мясо никогда не ела, поэтому не сравнивала, а оценивала объективно: просто не вкусный продукт, к сожалению. Думаю, что нужно сменить закупаемую продукцию растительного мяса на какую-то другую. Но картошечка вот вкусная, и соусы хорошие. Место тоже здорово, что работает вроде как круглосуточно!

Located in a food court on Kuznetsky Most street, it might seem like a perfect spot to chill and take a bite after sightseeing in Moscow.
Read moreWhile it offers a huge variety of burgers, snacks and sides, it’s tad overpriced for a ‘vegan fast-food’ brand it’s trying to embody. The burgers are neither terrible, not great — the patties are not solid enough to my liking. Nuggets are very dry, even dip won’t help. Hot dogs are pretty basic as well and insanely overpriced. I loved the toasts though, the reminded me of McDonald’s breakfast toasts, yet the bun was super dry, and 4 times more expensive, lol.
On top of that, 3 out of 4 times I had visited Complex Burger, the staff was exceptionally rude. Once a waiter forgot to bring someone’s order and accused us on stealing it, even though he was the one who brought us food and we have checked that it was what we ordered. That’s not a good way to treat a client, IMO.
They use a LOT of unnecessary cardboard and paper packaging even if you eat in.
Still, they are by far the only vegan place downtown that’s open 24/7, so, if you’re stuck downtown hungry in the middle of the night — Complex Burger is an option.

The price can be high but the food is good. It was hard to find at first. If you're not used to Russian businesses, you'll have to go to the second floor and then walk through a restaurant or two. In my week of Moscow, I made sure to come back for more.

Note that it's inside central park cafe complex. Go up the stairs and keep walking to the end past the pizza place, which has a few options if you wants pasta, salad, soup or pizza with no cheese.
