Early Morning Coffee & Pastry Outside Charlotte - Edit
Just north of Charlotte is Coffee Republic’s Huntersville Location. This space focuses on coworking, but is also a great option for vegans on the road. The location is perfect for those driving north towards DC or the Trip-State area. Because it opens at 6am, it’s perfect for an early start.
Read moreI ordered the salted caramel latte iced with oat milk which was very sweet and tasty. I also grabbed a chocolate chip banana bread that was labeled vegan. Although it looked dense, it was lighter and better than I thought it’d be. Vegan protein was available as well.
