Nice to have any options - Edit
After checking Happy Cow for the non-Eu part of the Airport I saw this place has something for us. Went there and saw three empanadas with a green leaf symbol in their tag. I asked for the allergens list, a simple way to double check the presence of a couple ingredients like eggs and dairy, and confirmed the Heura one was fine. If it was the best thing I ate? No, but it was not bad as well. It's a good option if anyone is in need of a snack.

They have some empanadas (apparently vegan, but ask because some labeled things are vegetarian), which are not bad, neither too expensive. Not many options on the airport foodcourt l, unfortunately.
