Cheap and ok

I had bánh xèo (vietnamese pancake) and gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls) for late lunch. The pancake was huge with lots of fillings. It's just it was served cold. The pancake would have tasted better if it had been hot. They also have many kinds of noodle soups and drinks and rice.
The price was rather cheap. One pancake was 20k, two spring rolls were 5k. I was full to be honest. No English sign, menu is written in vietnamese.
