Cheap but so so

The restaurant serves veggie buffet for only 15k per portion. No refilling. There are lots of veggies, tofu-basrd dish. No mock meat when I ate so it's a good point. But the food is not hot and flavour is not great, just ok. There are also some noodle soup options and snacks like cookies.
