A wonderful vegan cafe - Edit
I had high hopes for this little cafe and they did not disappoint! All I wanted was a vegan croissant in Paris and they delivered. Soft and delicious plus a special chocolate cake that was decadently marvellous! A gorgeous set up in a beautiful area, I would highly recommend!!

Excellent! - Edit
I came here for lunch and did the lunch set with the soup of the day (gazpacho the day I was there) and grilled cheese. For dessert, I had the pistachio and raspberry cake, which was amazing! I think the cake was the best vegan cake I’ve ever eaten. I’m planning going again during my short stay in Paris since everything so so good.

Delightful croissants - Edit
Really looked forward to vegan croissants in Paris and this did not disappoint! The flavour was buttery and the crunch at the top was an added bonus! Also had a slice of pistachio cake and the cream and the cake itself were both tasty and had good texture. Definitely check this place out!

My favorite dessert place yet ! The red velvet cupcake is a must have. I love everything there. Simple things as croissants to more elaborate desserts

Vegan croissant to welcome me to Paris - Edit
While I waited for my hotel room to get ready, I pulled out my Happy Cow app and was pleased to find a vegan bakery only a 10-min walk away (from the Louvre). I indulged in the typical French breakfast - bread, bread, croissant, and bread with a variety of jams, vegan butter, and vegan "nutella" spread. I also had a soy latte on the side. The place has free wifi, which was nice while I wasted time. Although the vegan croissant was not the BEST croissant that I had while in Paris, it was the best vegan croissant and I would absolutely go back to Cloud Cakes to have it again.

Cons: croissant was a teeny bit dry, small cafe, not a lot of room to sit

I went there twice during my short trip to Paris because I absolutely loved it! It is a modern and cosy place with fantastic cakes and brilliant coffee.

Good Food, Bad Service - Edit
I agree with most of the previous comments.
Read moreThe place is nice (small and cosy) and well located. Food is good and tasty but not something that will blow your mind.
And I won't go back because the service was bad. Rude staff makes you feel not-welcomed and willing to leave as soon as you finish your breakfast. It's a pity.
Pros: vegan, good sweets
Cons: rude staff

Sunday Brunch - Edit
Cute cafe with many delicious vegan options! Just so happened to go on Sunday and they were only serving a set brunch menu for 26 euros. We were served a warm beverage, cold beverage, croissant, tofu scramble with potatoes and small side salad and finally pancakes with three different syrup options to finish off the yummy brunch! Would definitely go back for delicious vegan food. Only complaint is that the service could have been a little better, not very friendly or attentive.

Must visit for cake and coffee - Edit
Cloud cakes is a must visit for cake and coffee, there coffee is the best I have been able to find in Paris, not that I have been able to find many vegan coffee options around. The hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate I have ever had, so rich and chocolatey. I tried the carrot and cheesecake both of which were delicious. The carrot cake was my personal fave. Unfortunately on both visits the croissants have been sold out and so I have been unable to try them. The seating area is small and both visits I have only managed to get a table as someone left while I was ordering although you can order to take away. The staff are pleasant but I do agree that when they get busy and are stressed the customer service isn't of the best standard although they always try and be helpful in my experience. All in all I would say cloud cakes is a must visit but I would assume going around opening time is best to ensure a table and that croissants are available. The prices are reasonable, coffee seemed a bit expensive but then again prices are similar through out Paris.

Pros: Cake is delicious, Hot chocolate is the best I've ever had, Vegan whipped cream can be added to hot drinks

Delicious! - Edit
Came here for lunch with my husband a few weeks back- the food was amazing! We had the soup of the day (pumpkin) and then croissants plus two slices of cake from the fridge. Couldn’t fault it. Also, contrary to other reviews, we found the servers to be friendly and patient (our French is limited). Definitely worth a visit!

Left before the cakes - Edit
1. The staff seemed apathetic and stressed, and appeared to mainly be bothered by customers.
Read more2. They were out of croissants...!
3. Fridges made horrible sounds and I suspect they played loud music to cover that fact. Well, it didn't help.
4. The soup was so sweet I didn't even need to stay for the baked sweet stuff.
5. The soup was served in a paper cup. Yeah. A paper cup.
6. The basket of bread they brought was the saddest little basket of bread I've encountered in my whole life. Two tiiiiny bread slices from the ends of yesterdays least popular loaf.
7. No other guests, which is not so strange, but it made it into an even more boring and sad experience.
Just go somewhere else.
Pros: Prices were ok. Since you get what you pay for.
Cons: See all of the above.
