Disappointing

I was really disappointed. The samosas were the only item I enjoyed.

The lentil soup was watery, the chana masala was overly spicy and greasy, and the aloo gobhi had barely any potato, undercooked cauliflower, and a layer of oil on top. My takeout order was also missing the cauliflower 65.

I rarely leave negative reviews and even tipped despite the missing item. Having grown up in India, I have high expectations for Indian food, and this just didn’t meet them.

Great vegan options

We are vegan and they have many options. We had Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi. Both were excellent. We had mild spice and it was just right. Great service. Nice to have a good Indian restaurant in Ellsworth.
