We had an excellent lunch here. There are several rooms in back with different seating options – including booths in one room. There is also plenty of seating outdoors in the patios. We had pizzas and a bowl. Service was friendly and food was good. This is our choice of dining in Sedona.

Don’t be fooled by the location, in a strip shopping drag in the heart of Sedona‘s’s tourist/retail area. Once you enter this place, you will be spirited away into another world!
Read moreThe food itself was delicious, and there were so many choices that it was hard to narrow down what to get. Outstanding among our choices were the baked Samosa fritter, and the breakfast burrito.
We ate in the rear courtyard and hated to leave. It was so relaxing, and the food nourishing and fulfilling, not to mention delicious.
It will be remembered as one of our more unusual vacation, dining experiences.

Pretty unique experience — the place has a super hippie vibe, but the quality of the food was very good. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. My favorite was the sushi rolls, and the drinks were great too.

There is mosquito spray near the water fountain outside. We figured this out after the mosquitos ran us inside. This is healthy food. The soup was good. The garlic bread was ok. The staff were working hard as the place was packed.

My Go-To in Sedona - Edit
This is my go-to restaurant in Sedona. Although they serve a few things that aren't vegan, the menu is mostly vegan.
Read moreMy favorite thing I've ever gotten here was a special: a lobster mushroom kale pizza. I hope they opt to put it on the regular menu someday.
The food is nourishing, and the back patio space is enchanting. There are two patios, so be sure and find the patio in the very back of the building. I love to shop their retail shelves and by chocolates for the roadtrip home too.

Hippie, health-conscious food in Sedona - Edit
If you want a spiritual, hippie restaurant that is characteristic of Sedona, this is the place to be. ChocolaTree offers health-conscious vegetarian food, with many vegan and raw dishes. There's a large outdoor garden where you can relax in the sun, as well as ample indoor seating. The enchilada was generous and filling, but could have done with a little more salt and seasoning. It's a bit pricey but pretty standard for Sedona.

This is a gem in Sedona. The food is excellent and the atmosphere charming. There are two wonderful outdoor seating areas as well - a smaller one off the main restaurant and a large one with garden out back.

This peaceful oasis served me up vegan, whole-food avocado toast, coconut saffron dahl, and cacao in their lovely back garden area. It hit the spot after subsisting on snacks during a long drive to Sedona. Definitely recommend.

Read moreA return to Sedona means two more trips to Chocolatree! This time the Corn Chowder and Vegan Quesadillas called (with a few bites of buckwheat pancakes stolen from my wife's plate). Delicious, especially when washed down by a glass of ginger lemonade!
It's 2024, another trip to Sedona and another meal at the Chocolatree! I was in need of some comfort food, and the Mushroom Fantasy more than fit the bill! Sliced mushrooms in a rich gravy on mashed potatoes with a side of wild rice. I felt the comfort spread as it embraced me inside like a warm hug. I will definitely be ordering that again!

Food was excellent. This is a casual restaurant, order at the register and they bring food to you. Quaint, lovely spot to enjoy some peace and zen. We had the chile and the pizza (vegan) and both were delicious. Make sure to save room for their chocolates. They are divine
