Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I went vegan because of health reasons that I learned about in The China Study. Then started watching many documentaries about factory farming and vegan health. The animals and feeling amazing keep me vegan...can't imagine ever not being vegan!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
