Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Pretty good vegan options for fast food - Edit
The bowls are a bit rice heavy in my opinion but they are tasty. The sofritas tofu tastes really good. Note that there may be some cross contamination as I noticed some cheese had fallen into the guacamole. That's too bad but, again, for a fast food option, it's tasty and relatively healthy.

Sofritas bowl - Edit
Tasty, quick service, inexpensive. Beans, rice and guac are all vegan. I believe the Sofrotas is organic and veggies are locally sourced. Con: They should offer free guac on vegan bowls since you don't get cheese or sour cream.

Yummy and cheap, yet healthy, food! - Edit
Although Chipotle is not a veg restaurant, their vegan options are really delicious, filling, and quite healthy (especially for fast food). The sofritas (spicy tofu) protein option is really tasty. Their guacamole is amazing too.

Secret tip that they don't mention on the menu: If you order a veggie burrito/salad/tacos/rice bowl (ie. no sofritos), the guacamole is free!
