In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Awful location of Chipotle - Edit
It’s very unfortunate that the staple vegan option in this area is terrible. I was traveling through and came since chipotle is so reliable. I waited an hour in a line 10 people. Rude staff. Dirty assembly area (cheese and sour cream on the expo). Bland food. It’s an option, but I wish I hadn’t wasted the hour of my time and the frustration while on vacation.

Standby Choice When Traveling - Edit
When we travel we are often relieved to see this restaurant as an option for a vegan meal. The veggie bowl is pretty standard (beans, rice, guacamole, lettuce, salsa, etc.) but always filling and better than a bag of potato chips from the convenience store.
