Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Now has Plant based Chorizo - Edit
I tried the vegan chorizo for the 1st time. The flavor was good but it was a bit on the dry side and a little too salty. Whenever a restaurant adds Something new I like to at least give them a couple of chances to get it right so I’ll try again!

Braised tofu and a ton of veggie options - Edit
So first things first-- you can get the veggie burrito with guac cheaper than the soffritas add guac and it is just as good. If you're craving a little texture though the soffritas (crumbled braised tofu) are incredible. It's a toss up for me, burrito or bowl? I like to get the bowl and eat it with their salty line chips. The burritos are big enough to cut in half and save it for lunch the next day. I really like finding something this good at a chain because you can get it in any city and it always tastes the same-- no mystery.
