Safe option at the airport - Edit
Decent Vegan options. I had the bowl so the veggies and the vegan carnitas. Too much rice and few veggies but adding guacamole and extra salsa makes the meal more balanced. Staff is a not that nice.

Very good - Edit
While waiting for my flight, I ordered a burrito bowl with sofritas, brown rice, corn, tomato salsa, guacamole, and greens. They give you a good amount for the portion, and the sofritas were so flavorful! The staff were friendly and efficient with my order.

Concourse D. Across from D30. No seating. You’ll get what you expect from the national chain.

Chipotle is always solid - Edit
Worth the walk if you have time, I like going to places that I know will have a vegan option.

During COVID, This is the only place I found. - Edit
I usually don't eat Chipotle only because I don't really like the way they cook their rice or beans but during COVID, most of the other restaurants were closed.
Read moreI also am in the international flight and this was the closest restaurant I could find.
(Take the airport subway to D and you'll find it near D28.)
I know some people who love Chipotle so give it a go. I wish they had more options available at the airport but so far this is the best you'll get.
Pros: Only actual meal option
Cons: Doesn't taste good

Out of options - Edit
I was surprised that they were out of so many options at 5pm on a Friday. I made due because of a tight schedule.

A decent option in Terminal D - Edit
I live in a city/country that does not have Chipotle, so I was excited to have the chance to try it within my terminal on a layover. I had a sofritas bowl with guacamole. I would say it's fairly standard, honestly. It was good & I enjoyed trying the sofritas. While the service was not the friendliest, it was very efficient, which I appreciated.
Read moreIt was also cool to see that they have a little banner advertising 'plant-powered' options, with a specific vegan option named.
Pros: Quick, Advertised 'plant-powered options'
