Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

My Favorite Chipotle In the Area - Edit
This has to be the best chipotle in the near area for vegan options. Their guacamole is always fresh and they always have lots tofu! I’ll always go to this one before any other. Definitely a favorite.

There are better Chipotles… - Edit
So we did go later at night, but service was not good and food wasn’t great. I should start off by saying I love Chipotle…but this experience just wasn’t great. It took a while for someone to acknowledge us and we were the first/only people in line. Then they threw together our orders so quickly/sloppily. I think my burrito was 50% rice by weight. So yeah…as far as Chipotle’s go, not impressed.

Vegan options but not whole food plant based - Edit
Chipotle is the same everywhere. The sofritas is made of some kind of soy, and the fajita veggies are grilled in oil. Order the bowl instead of the burrito to save 320 calories. The guacamole will add 230 calories; chips add 500+ calories. Pass on the cheese and sour cream. They are clean, courteous, friendly, fast and there is always seating available.
