Good breakfast & coffee spot - Edit
We had vegan breakfast burrito and two different vegan tacos and coffees. Yum! The burrito was a good size with potatoes and beans and good fresh stuff in it. It has a funky cool atmosphere and nice staff and customers. What a nice place.

Great find in Tulsa! Was pleasantly surprised to see so many options here. I really enjoyed my bbq tofu sandwich. My only complaint was a bit too much mustard, but that’s a me thing.

I had 2 different breakfast tacos and both were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. the mild salsa was incredible. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. By far the best vegan food I have had in Tulsa.

Staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. My tofu bowl was delicious and plentiful. Good selection of baked goods as well, and a full bar (though it was early, and I didn't partake).

Best vegan option in Tulsa! - Edit
Would give 5 stars but cannot because they do have a few items with meat. That being said, EVERYTHING on the menu can be veganized & most items already are! We had a breakfast burrito & vegan plate & both were amazingly tasty & healthy. Be sure to check out the all vegan pastry rack, but get there early cuz at 8;30 AM all the cinnamon rolls were gone!

There are many vegan and vegetarian options here. They do serve meat as well. The vegan options I’ve tried were a tofu scramble bowl which was 10/10 and a vegan taco which was 7/10. They always have delicious food going on.

Food quality was excellent, but it did take a while for 2 tacos to come out. The tables I sat at (ordered more food to go) weren’t wiped off even though they had been picked up. The vibe is really chill and different age groups are all here.

All of the portions were huge, delicious and reasonably priced.
Also offers a nice selection of local microbeers on draft. We would definitely recommend Chimera to anyone visiting Tulsa.

The food at Chimera is delicious, homemade and feels like it’s made with LOVE. Anything on the menu can be made vegan and they have gluten free options. We had the Buffalo cauliflower which is the best I’ve had yet, spicy, flavorful and amazing vegan blue cheese. I would be a regular here if I lived locally.

I really went for it here and ordered a whole bunch of stuff…had to try both vegan tacos on the menu, the Lilly salad, and having Buffalo roots, I can never pass on Buffalo cauliflower! Everything was great. I especially loved the adzuki strips. So different and delicious!
