Choose from 2 types of vegetarian broth, get a big bowl of fresh vegetable with tofu, mushroom, taro, pumpkin, etc. There are many side dishes, sushi, and dessert that are vegetarian as well (vegans ask about dairy and egg). Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Awesome deal - Edit
For around US$12 you get all you can eat hot pot. How great is that. This place has had different veggie broths to choose from but it seems they're trying to cater to vegetarians more and more. Many side dishes are now vegetarian too and you can also get hand rolls made without animal products. Definitely worth a try if you're in area.
