改善地球減碳，強化綠能再生

食物首重原型，少用加工食品。餐廳不須裝潢富麗堂皇視覺清新明亮即可。
環境消毒要定期，偶有出事就白做工

Pros: 串聯各地素食小吃，推廣, 平價乾淨可以再用心一下, 衛生最重要定期得消毒

Cons: 葷素混淆心有戚戚焉, 人品須挑選，工作要親力親為, 素質要和諧。不明白所指為何
