The food and atmosphere here are excellent. They even offer cooking classes that you can sign up for. The menu is a massive 70 pages long—almost like a storybook recounting the owner's journey to a vegan lifestyle. They make their own vegan cheese and a wide variety of other vegan products. By the way, there is a sign says to dress appropriately when dine here… 🙂 I ordered the spring rolls; they were served with translucent rice paper wrappers (super thin, unlike the kind you see in North American Vietnamese restaurants) and lettuce, allowing me to assemble and enjoy fresh rolls right at the table. I will come back whenever I get the chance to try other dishes on the menu. 🌿
