Good good, small portions

We had the paneer dishes (they use tofu for those) and naan. The bread was fresh and delicious. The service was kind of slow, but we didn’t mind since we shared the dishes anyway. Would come back.

Next door is better

Good range of vegetarian options. I chose the cashew korma and a milk tea. Both were ok but lacked the usual depth of flavour you expect with Indian food. I wouldn't be surprised if a ready made powder was used for the gravy whereas the food next door tasted more authentic.

Pros: Good range of vegetarian options

Wouldn’t go back

We had Palak paneer, vegetarian curry, naan, rice and a banana lassi. I’m not sure it even was paneer. It was more like baked overly dry tofu. The curry was really good. The bread was dry. So quiet a mixed range and I wouldn’t go back.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options

oily and bland food

really bland food no taste to it really at all, samosas we’re very oily and came with ketchup on the side ? and the chapatti was very dry and just tasted like flour really. paneer butter masala wasn’t paneer but tofu which my veggie bf was told beforehand and chose to try it but disappointing still. the channa masala was apparently a bit more flavoursome but it still had barely any taste. wanted an indian and couldn’t find one with all positive reviews so took the risk of going here but no worth it.

Honestly not good

First of all the drinks were unnecessarily sweet and gross. The samosas were one of the worst samosas I’ve ever tried and the same goes for pakoras and dhal. The roti was bland and whatever. There was not much vegan stuff on the menu so I wouldn’t recommend.

Pros: It was beside a river

Cons: Plates still had food on them , It was gross (obviously) , Drink made my teeth freezing

WORST INDIAN FOOD EVER!

This is the worst Indian food I have ever tasted and I have been to a lot of Indian restaurants. Samosas are bad and not spicy at all, they are just made of potatoes and mushy carrots. The Pakoras and daal are tied for worst dish. The Roti was cold and hard. The aloo gobi was the best dish but also not good. Strange seating area as well, the food gets cooked across the road. Overall WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Pros: None, There were a couple cats to look at

Cons: Gross, No spices used, Small portions

Good food, great setting (sunset on the Mekong!)

The waitress didn’t fully understand English, but got the owner over who understood and was very helpful with ordering without ghee/butter. The food was good, decent portions and very reasonably priced. We got there early for sunset - definitely recommend doing that!

Pros: Cheap & cheerful, Owner helpful in understanding what can be vegan

Cons: Vegan not called out explicitly , Could be tricky if the owner isn’t around to help

Tasty food, nice view

We had a dal, aloo gobi, naan and the samosas. Everything was very delicious! Staff speaks english and is friendly. You have a nice view on the Mekong.

Amazing food with view on the Mekong

We ate here twice because the food was so good. We took the vegetarian set menus which are 30k-35k KIP. For this price you really get a lot and you'll be full afterwards. The food was extremely yummy. Seating area is outside with view over the Mekong.

Pros: Many veg options, Very good value for the set menus
