Uncaring hostess

We called ahead as we were arriving after 8. She said there was lots of space. When we arrived she said there was a half hour wait, but we could eat outside, on a cold night. This hostess said it in a way that she didn’t care if we ate there or not.

Cons: Inaccurate info, Not caring, Treating customers badly
