Bummed I didn't go here sooner - Edit
All vegetarian with numerous vegan options. We had the garlic crispy tofu starter, veganized rainbow rolls, the tomyum mushrooms, and bao buns. The bao and rolls were awesome. Loved the texture of each.
Read moreHappy hour choices were solid, but next time, we'll order straight entrees. Lots of drink options too but the cocktails are a little "Bellevue" priced for my preference.

Incredible cocktails, delicious food, nice ambiance, and great service. So many vegan options on the menu, and clearly labeled. The cocktails are really unique, complex, and well balanced. I can’t wait to go back!

We were excited to see a new veg restaurant opening! The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu (recommend to confirm with your server that a given preparation is vegan - they were very knowledgeable). We had the mango salad (the best I’ve ever had), the sesame beef with lotus root and the banh mi skillet. The sesame beef with lotus root was incredible.

What a lovely restaurant! Elegant and intimate - like being a guest at someone's home. They had the most gracious help - engaging and helpful, but never rushed us.
Read moreMy drink, the Rose Lover, was the prettiest drink I've ever had (delicious) and the foam lasted the entire drink. We had two great starters and then the entrees: Sesame beef (plant based) w/ lotus root and the Steamed Lotus purple rice. Not only were these stunning dishes but they were so flavorful. Plenty for leftovers too.
Loved that the music was quiet and the tables were well spaced - in other words, it was quiet and perfect for conversation. Our favorite new restaurant!

Gorgeous restaurant with a view, staff were so kind and helpful but they did forget one of our orders meaning someone ate much later than the rest (hence 4 star). The food was really flavourful, we had some non vegans in the group who were really impressed with the food and said they couldn't tell it wasn't meat.
Read moreWe had the pho rolls to start and then I had the sesame beef with lotus root (which many of our table ordered). Both were absolutely delicious. One note about the menu is that they list a vegan symbol on the key but do not use it anywhere in the menu (only the vegetarian symbol), so you still need to ask the waiter if the dish is vegan. I think it would be good to fix this, especially as it is a vegetarian restaurant.

Read moreThe sesame beef and pumpkin fried rice were very good. I personally didn't like the Bahn mi skillet, but this is just my taste.
The service could have been better, there was a little misunderstanding about the bahn mi skillet which they also have a vegetarian version of and they brought us that one, but once explained that we actually ordered the vegan version (base version) they replaced it immediately.
This was not a big deal, but we were brought water at the beginning of the dinner, and they never checked again if we needed a refill. We tried to get their attention, and they refilled it in the end.
Overall, I would recommend it, but maybe try to go at a less busy time.
The staff is very friendly.

This is the best vegetarian restaurant in Bellevue. Food is so tasty and creative that can’t be found anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest. I highly recommend Pho Rolls, Salted Egg Tofu, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Banh Mi Skillet. Their drinks are amazing too! My group ordered a lot, and my personal favorite is Old Fashion and Chay Whisky Sour. Will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Best vegan food in Bellevue, top tier vegan food in the world. - Edit
Their vegan beef and lotus root is the best flavor, texture, and visual that beats most real meats. And better than that, they have the only truly flavorful vegan broth I've ever had outside of Japan; it actually has depth to it. It's all well balanced and delicious. I've traveled to over 50 countries trying out different vegan and vegetarian foods, and this one is one of my top 10, top 2 for Vietnamese food.
