Authentic Chinese hotpot with vegan options

We are here during Christmas, there was a waiting list to sign up via an iPad (very convenient). We were the 8th party in line and were seated within 15 min.
We ordered the vegan mushroom broth and many vegetables and mushrooms to cook. The dipping sauce buffet was not labeled for vegan options, so we avoided those we didn't know about.
The meal was delicious and filling and we brought leftovers home.

Pros: Quick seating despite being busy, Extensive dipping sauce buffet , Generous portions

Cons: No vegan labels on the dipping sauce buffet

Do they have tofu? Or only vegetables and mushrooms?
