Got a pretty good sandwich for 13,000 (18 with cheese). Went back the day after (a Saturday) but she was closed. Not sure if this was a one off or not.

Went there to see for myself if they really were as good as others have said. Think I've been there 4 times since and had a total of 9 and still looking forward to tomorrow so I can swing by and get a few more for breakfast.
Read moreTruly delicious and very cheap. Not the biggest baguettes, but as they are extremly cheap you can just get more of them.
The lady is indeed friendly although we don't exchange more than hand signals, payment and smiles.

Read moreI went round at 6:30 and then again around lunch but the stall was not operating. We'll have to try our luck again tomorrow. I think the address/positioning via the HappyCow map is accurate, but it could be off.
Think she opens earlier than 8 am, atleast sometimes. Dunno about closing times.

Dinh Thuy is the owner and so amazingly humble. People I know who eat meat say it's the best in Vietnam. In fact the texture and sweetness is incredible. They are so good I had to get four to eat when I took a long bus ride.

I have tried many vegan banh mi throughout Vietnam and I think this one is my favourite ! Super cheap and friendly lady who sells them. I ordered 4 in the morning to share with my partner and returned for another 4 at lunch . Packed full of mock meats which we love , definitely check this place out if you are in nha Trang!

this unassuming food cart looks like any other you'd see in Vietnam but the food here is amazing! vegan banh mi is 12,000 while one with cheese is 17,000. the lady is super nice and we will be back for sure

We went to the food cart and we had a delicious vegan baguette. It's served with 4 diferente mock meat that give you different textures and taste for when you are tired of the noodles soups. It was that good that we had to eat twice.

We ate here nearly everyday we were in Nha Trang. We have eaten vegan bahn mi all over Vietnam and this is hands down the best! Even better than the famous Anthony Bourdain approved one in Hoi An. The lady who runs this stall is friendly and humble and always had fruit for our children. The bahn mi is so tasty, crunchy and packed with flavour.

this was our breakfast for two days in nha trang and oh so delicious!! a true life saver too, as good, affordable vegan food options here are rare. the lady always greeted with a smile, ordering was easy as there’s only two options - with or without cheese. without it’s 12.000 dong at the moment, with 17.000 - both is a steal! highly recommended!!

Delicious sandwiches for vegans, signage clearly states what is offered in both English and Russian. Offers a vegetarian option which includes spreadable cheese or a full vegan option (which is also cheaper which makes a nice change!)

We found this food cart thanks to the help of Happy Cow and we went each day for the remainder of our day in Nha Trang. The taste was amazing and the texture of the vegan 'meats' were very authentic. The lady was very accommodating as my boyfriend asked for no cucumber and she labelled them by putting an additional piece of cucumber inside the rubber band of my sandwich! A vegan banh mi is 12000 and a Veggie one with the addition of cheese is 17000, so an absolute bargain and so worth the price. I really can't rave about this food cart enough, but suffice to say I still find my mouth watering just thinking about them several weeks later!

Came because of the great reviews and was not disappointed! Found this street food stall really easily using the map. 12000 vnd for a vegan Banh Mi- nice crunchy baguette filled with a couple of sauces, 3 different mock meats, cucumber, coriander and shredded carrot&cabbage. Optional dairy cheese for 5000 (not vegan).

It took me quite a long time to find this place because I wasn't sure about the exact location and didn't have any internet. With a paper map of a city segment that I got in the mall and the help of very nice locals, I found this tiny booth. But it was worth it! Indeed the sandwich was very very good and although, it was my first time trying faux meat, the teriyaki sauce with it was delicious. Also, it was very cheap, about 50 cents for a single sandwich that had everything but cheese in it. It was very nice to see a Happy Cow sticker on the booth too!
