Traditional vegan options - Edit
Small Syrian restaurant in old part of city center Limoges. I had the falafel, perfectly crunchy without being over done. This was served with salad, hummus, cucumber slices and fries. The quantities were perfect for me, meaning not so much that I felt stuffed upon finishing all of the meal. The wait staff was very courteous and helpful as we did our best to dine as a French person would but still needing some coaching.
