We ate at Bazaar and had vegan baba ganoush, momos, and dim sum. Highly recommend!

Bin gekommen wegen dem veganen Lahmacun, das es leider nur abends gibt also habe ich dann die Dimsum genommen eimal mit Kartoffel und einmal mir Tofu - beide sehr lecker aber absolut überteuert. 17.- für 3! Dimsum

Great place with a (almost) vegetarian restaurant - Edit
This resort/hotel offers different places to eat, for example the "Bazar" which is a lebanese inspired restaurant. It almost exclusively offers vegetarian options, with quite a lot of vegan dishes as well. Otherwise this place is great to enjoy the view or have a drink after a long day on the slopes 😇

Many vegan items, inconvenient location - Edit
While the vegan selection is very good, this hotel is quite a bit up the mountain, which promises good views but is a bit hard to reach. Didn't have time to visit it but I believe you have to use the tunnel at the river and an elevator from there.
