Honestly, amazing!!!! - Edit
Came here in the summer for a patio session and had a lovely vegan pear pizza with vegan feta, my partner had their vegan burger - so good! Came here again for work with some meat eaters as there was something for everyone and was blown away again. Their pad Thai is amazing. A non-veg restaurant putting so much care into making vegan options taste good, not just thrown together as a last ditch effort to get more customers.

Pretty fricken decent - Edit
Ok.. I must say the central fried tofu is some tasty stuff. One of the greasier meals I’ve had since going vegan, but the seasonings and sides are so perfect. The vegan poutine is unique and enjoyable. Nice place for wednesday night cauliflower wings and personable staff! Highly recommend if Naked cafe or renegade is closed ;)

Great vegan options! - Edit
Had dinner here on a trip to Kelowna. I had the cauliflower wings to start and the mushroom bolognese as a main. Both were delicious and flavourful. They have additional vegan friendly meals on the menu. Will definitely eat here again next I'm in Kelowna.

Surprisingly on point - Edit
It's a small an cozy place to be social with some close friends. My guest and I were happy to enjoy the vegan options on the menu. There were not many, but they were delicious! And even though I was feeling questionable about what to eat, I really enjoyed my choice... which was... I can't remember. Check the pictures attached. My date enjoyed the vegan gluten free burger. I had a bite. It tasted very good, however I would say the burger was not trying to imitate. Service was helpful and checked on us more than usual. It seemed to have a lot of servers working for the small restaurant. The Central Restaurant is just small part of a sports facility so it's a social place, could be good for party's. Sundays it's got a larger vegan menu but it's not that big. I might give Central a 4 star but with 5 stars only being for vegan establishments on Happy Cow I feel there are some other restaurants in between.

Best crafty vegan options at an awesome pub! - Edit
The vegan options are so awesome at Central! From comfort food like the mushroom bolognese, to healthier options like the quinoa garden bowl. The chef is super creative and makes everything in-house, including the cashew ricotta that goes on the vegan pizza!
Read moreBe sure to go on a Sunday night for their vegan menu. They also offer cauliflower wings on Wednesday nights and Sunday nights only. And don't forget to finish with an ice cream sandwich made with a local parlor's batch of cookies and cream cashew ice cream!
PS their pesto on the pizza is vegan, so pizza is an option any day of the week, and not just Sundays!
Pros: Vegan Sunday nights, All house-made, Great options for vegans
Cons: Busy nights when the local hockey team plays

A Local Gem - Edit
This local fav hangout is a hidden gem. It’s oddly situated and you’ll think you’re entering an indoor tennis bubble but inside you’ll find a small indoor seating section with a larger outdoor patio. The staff is knowledgeable and the food is thoughtfully prepared. Try the fried green tomatoes sans fromage as an appetizer followed by the vegan burger and fries. Can be busy but worth waiting for. This place routinely wins awards for ‘most respectful workplace’ and is owned and operated by a small group of former servers.

Yummy Lunch - Edit
What a great spot. They have a vegan menu on Sundays, vegan cauliflower wings on Wednesdays and Sundays and a few vegan items of their menu the test of the time. I really enjoyed my lunch and will be back.
