Vegan Mexican food paradise

Lots of vegan options--I tried the faux chicken and cauliflower tacos. Both were excellent and fresh. Rice, beans, and guacamole are all vegan. Every plant-based dish is clearly labeled, and the friendly staff knows which dishes are vegan, as well. They even have vegan flan! The cocktails are great, too. A happy find indeed.
