Wow! - Edit
This establishment used to be a donut shop for the longest time… came into town and there was this place! Had the Pad Thai vegan options and veggie/tofu spring rolls. Both phenomenal! Spring rolls were more like spring burritos. 💕 #Veganuary

Very vegan accommodating! 💎 - Edit
Wanted pho but the lady at the counter informed me they only have beef broth. They can pretty much make anything else vegan, ordered a couple of noodle dishes one she said had fish sauce and the other had oyster but she was aware and had the cooks make the dishes without! A vegan hidden gem in Fresno

Tasty Thai - Edit
I ordered a red curry with tofu when I was with some fellas who wanted something with meat, so we settled on this place. It was very satisfying and the portion was plenty. I’d definitely eat here again if I was in the area and the vegan restaurants in Fresno were closed.

Unfortunately I don’t live here, so I won’t be of much help other than to say I know there is a Whole Foods here.

Vegan and GF options; poor service - Edit
It was chilly as we left Yosemite, and we really wanted something warm and filling. While @noodleexpressfresno isn’t vegan or even vegetarian, it was easy enough to ask for alterations. Unfortunately, our server was new and was having a rough night. 😔 Isabel asked if she could have the fried tofu triangles with BBQ sauce instead of the sauce it comes with, and the server said yes, but then later no (something about how it was prepared). They brought her some other sauce to dip, but she wasn’t a fan. Dan ordered the Pad Si-Ew, which he enjoyed, except that it came with egg on top. 🤦♀️ It took a while to get our food so he just ate around it instead of sending it back. I ordered some Yellow Curry, which was delicious, but a little on the spicy side. It was packed full of vegetables and it warmed me up, so I can’t complain. 🤷♀️

If you’re in the area and plan a trip to Noodle Express, make sure you mention your food preferences and allergies multiple times (we only mentioned them once). Also, be sure to double-check the sauces and verify how spicy your food will be so you’re not surprised. Do let us know what you order so that we can keep it in mind for next time.
Pros: vegan options, GF options
Cons: not very vegan friendly (one dish came with egg), staff put in order incorrectly at first, long wait time to be served

Tofu isn't that hard - Edit
So I know these cats are new but my veggie noodle dish was pretty much not cooked. It was at the right temperature but the veggies had only been steamed and the tofu was...hot tofu.
Read moreHopefully they improve by grilling, frying, SEASONING their tofu. Also got the vegan spring rolls, which had no vegan protein-just lettuce. They've got a long way to go.
Pros: Walking distance to better food, Nice server, chairs?
Cons: Mixed up an order, THAT TOFU, Peanut sauce needs Jesus
