You can build a custom bowl with rice or greens, several flavors of hummus, falafel, roasted veggies, etc. Affordable, fast, tasty! Lentils are always a little undercooked (on purpose). I don't like them that way, but if you like your lentils a bit "al dente," they might be for you.
Read moreCava is a national chain. This location is in Winter Park, a suburb a bit north of Orlando. Nearby are a Regal movie theater, a Whole Foods, the Morse museum (with a massive collection of Tiffany glass), and many other, smaller museums and historic homes. Winter Park has tons of flowers, tree-lined streets, lots of cute little shops, and tons of vegan-friendly restaurants. If you're visiting from out of state, Disney and Universal are great, but they're not really in Orlando. (Disney is actually in Lake Buena Vista.) Plan an extra day or two to see Winter Park and downtown Orlando.
Pros: Inexpensive, fast, Great location near movie theater, museums, parks, Lots of vegan and gluten-free options
Cons: Lentils are slightly undercooked (intentionally)

Delicious build your own bowl concept with loads of vegan options. Incredibly flavorful and nice textures. The falafel is a little like the ikea veggie balls but with chickpeas, I prefer the current spicy falafel which is more traditional.
