Good Options!

Check out PETA's CAVA guide, it was helpful to me.

This place is like a build your own bowl type of thing, and there are good and healthy options. Recommended

Delicious

I ordered a grain bowl with 2 scoops of traditional hummus, 1 scoop of red pepper hummus, falafel, tomatoes, onions, fired-roasted corn, and garlic dressing with a side of mini pita and an extra side of garlic dressing. I really enjoyed my food, although I'd do some things different next time I go. Waited in line for around 30mins so I'd probably order for pick-up next time.

Cons: Long line

Way too salty...

CAVA is like the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. The base includes pita bread, rice bowls, salads, and then you fill those up with various veggies, toppings, and sauces. Many of their options are vegan, and they are all clearly labeled on the website.

Sounds promising, but the problem is that everything is loaded with salt! I mean, it's understandable for the pickled toppings (which they have several different types of), but the falafel is a blatant offender. They are like little salt bombs. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch or something but it has put me off from trying them again. They do also offer roasted white sweet potato and roasted vegetables as options for the main component, which might be more palatable, but if I'm going to a place serving Mediterranean food, I want the falafel! To be fair, the sauces were really flavorful, even though they were also high in sodium. I think that as long as you don't pile on all of the toppings and sauces, and avoid the falafel, you'll have a good experience.

Pros: Good value, Fresh tasting, Flavorful sauces

Cons: Very salty

Fresh and light

Build your own bowl/pita. Everything is marked so it’s easy to order. Get the pita chips and hummus! Also I don’t eat big meals so the small pita option is great.

Pros: Marked vegan , Fresh

Love the bowls here.

This is one of the places I frequent. Great food and lots of it.

Pros: Great options, Seasonal items, Save with the app

Cons: Parking here is terrible, It replaces a veggie grill, They often forget the pita
