I've never been to Cava but I've wanted to try it for some time now. The menu is a little overwhelming, but the very patient and kind gentleman who assisted me in placing my order on Friday 7/14 made the process super easy. Everything was fresh, tasted amazing and I highly recommend the mint cucumber lime drink. I'll definitely be returning. I don't enjoy driving into Charlottesville but this restaurant is totally worth the trip.

Lots of healthy vegan options - Edit
It starts with a large bowl and a grain and or salad option. Add topping, fresh hot pita bread, a generous serving of sautéed veggies and homemade dressings. I have been to similar chains but this is the best one! Lots of vegan choices and very filling. The asst manager, Reggie, made us feel at home

Best falafel anywhere - Edit
This is a basic bowls restaurant, but I feel like it is the best one we have in Charlottesville. They menu is available at the door and is very clearly marked what is vegan. The falafel is great as are the roasted veggies. Some items change seasonally so you do have different options throughout the year. Soup and wraps available too but I haven’t tried these.
