Catfish Parlour in Georgetown is a true Southern comfort classic! The farm-raised catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the jalapeño tartar sauce added just the right kick. The hush puppies were fresh and delicious, and the house coleslaw and pinto beans tasted homemade.
