Great smoothies and kombucha, slow service

Kand I love going to Hydrate to fill our water jugs or to grab a Funky Monkey and those are usually consistent.
However, the quality of service had been declining over the last few months. On this particular day, there were several customers in the store (backed up to the door).
One person was working the front of the store while another was busy in the back. This was a time where they needed everyone in the front as the front person was clearly overwhelmed. The second person only came to the front when the kombucha line needed to be changed.
When they changed the line, they took a drink of it and made a sour face with a negative comment about the kombucha. After which they served us the kombucha. The second person then re-disappeared into the back leaving the full house. Products are good. Service is declining.

Pros: Smoothies are vegan, Reverse Osmosis water avail. 24/7, Kombucha on tap

Cons: Expensive , Service can be slow
