Standing before entrance, it's hard to expect something spectacular. A signboard like any other, in the insidee stairs leading up. However, what you see on the spot has exceeded my expectations. It is worth entering El Herbario without even being hungry and wanting to order anything. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Full of wonderful plants, stylish furniture and accessories. I would give five stars for interior alone! Unfortunately, in terms of food it is not so great. I tried the lunch set. The soup was tasteless (though for some reason in most places in Colombia there is some incomprehensible problem with that). The main dish was not bad, but it has this also common problem with the idea of connecting three vegan things without great sense. Was it healthy? I guess. Was there reasonable quantity? For Sure. Was it fresh? Definitely. But considering that the place is not the cheapest in Bogota, overall I was disappointed. In addition, there is a mini dessert (unfortunately I did not have time to find out what it was, it tasted like sour jam) and kombucha. If the prices were lower, I would give four stars, in spite of everything - a strong three - maybe I missed the right dish...

An all vegan restaurant owned by a sweet peruvian women. The food is delicious. The place is beautiful and makes you peaceful with all the plants. Speak spanish, french and english.

cozy, tasty and wholesome - Edit
I really enjoyed the lunches here. You get a soup, main course and small desert along with a lukewarm fruity infusion. The cakes and tea are also recommended (quality tea is not everywhere in Colombia). However it doesn't open until around 9 (not 8 like the app says) and I could have eaten more of the main course to be full.

Delicious! Staff are very nice and it's a cute place! We had vegan Peruvian Tamal. So lovely, they have soy milk too. I didn't look at all the menu but I saw they had tofu fajitas for 12k. Plenty of options I think :)
