Didn't agree with me - Edit
Got the vegan fajita salad and vegan nachos. Asked for no added protein, but they added some anyways. My niece ordered the lunch tacos with all sauces on the side and the server repeated it back to be sure. When they served it she out it in front of my niece and said "they put the sauces on top." Sadly my niece is pretty picky so it ruined her meal. I was also on the toilet for the majority of the next day.

Quesadilla bad - other stuff prob better - Edit
Honestly, super grateful to have a full vegan Mexican menu available on this island, but sadly my Rancho Quesadilla was just not great. The guy asked me if I wanted steak or chicken, I said steak, and then a minute later he said “steak, right?” and I said yes. My quesadilla came with the chicken instead, so that was disappointing. Also, the cheese is just really not good (it’s some crappy gluey vegan cheddar).
Read moreBUT the veggies were good, and so were the beans and rice which came on the side. So I think that a vegan burrito or a couple other things might be really good, I just unfortunately chose the quesadilla when the cheese they use is just not good. I will be back again at some point to try a less-cheesy option.

We loved having a vegan menu - lots of good choices, nice patio that is hospitable for dogs.

Great separate vegan menu! - Edit
Wonderful Mexican restaurant with a separate vegan menu that makes it SO much easier to order. The food was great. My wife got the green enchiladas with vegan chicken. I got the fajitas with vegan steak & our kids split a vegan quesadilla. All entrees came with rice, pinto beans and guacamole. It was a great meal with big portions. The pinto beans were a -little- too salty for my liking but everything else was perfect. Definitely worth checking out!

Incredible selection - we were so stoked to see not a handful of vegan options, but literally a full page. The food was super tasty and big portions, plenty for lunch the next day. Super stoked to come back here. 5 stars if I could.

An entire page of Vegan options - Edit
Great Mexican food on Vashon island. They have an entire full page menu of vegan options- including vegan meat and dairy alternatives, it's not just hold this, or hold that. Very impressive for not only a Mexican food place but also for a place on island.
Read moreThe Vegan quesadilla is huge, we had leftovers. They do soy chorizo, mushroom fajitas and even do a roasted veggie fajita dish. Lots of options. We didn't try them all but definitely more options than we could choose from.
The salsas are good, the employees friendly and it seemed like the were very welcoming to those with dietary needs.
5 stars for their vegan choices, they also do a great selection of meat choices for families with blended eaters.

Cons: it was more expensive but it's an island so...., small indoor seating, large groups beware
