Vegan tacos!

Loved the vegan tacos here. The flavor of the vegan meat was great, and it’s available to put in something like a burrito or bowl as well. Will be going back to have more!

Great vegan tacos

I’ve never tried Carlita’s until I walked by one day and noticed they had a plant based meat option. I emailed dining services to confirm they’re vegan. The street tacos are amazing! The meat tastes like soy curls, very well marinated in a spicy sauce. They also have sides like mexi fries.
Pretty much everything here is build your own, but it would be nice to have a vegan cheese option, especially for the nachos.
This place is located in the food court on the main level of the Compton Union Building, for those who don’t know.

Pros: Great vegan meat, Filling/good portions , Inexpensive/accepts RDA

Cons: No take out boxes, only plate covered in foil, Shared grill (if you care)
