Fresh yummy vegan option - Edit
Tried the vegan torta with a side salad and it was a very tasty refreshing meal. They also have a lot of local products and this time they had some local fresh blueberries I also got! Chia pudding with fruit was delicious too.

Excellent Vegan Option in Lompoc! - Edit
Super cute spot, tables on the covered deck set back from road so no noise while your eating. Woman owned, friendly and helpful employees who are familiar with vegan restrictions. Fast service, great for lunch break. I had the Chimi-Chori Sandwich made vegan. It came on a large toasted bun with beyond sausage and amazing Chimichurri sauce. They can also make this dish into a salad. Side salad was fresh, two vegan dressing options. There is a second vegan entree option on the menu, a Roasted Veggie Torta. They also have oat milks for lattes and a dairy free horchata. Delicious fresh agua fresca, two available the day I went, can't remember what the flavors were but it was amazing mixed with iced tea, similar to an Arnold Palmer!
