Cantina dos Sabores

The restaurant serves vegetarian, vegan and meat/fish options. There's new dishes everyday (menu do dia) and some constant dishes on the menu, both veggie/vegan and meat.
Desserts (veggie, not vegan!) are very tasty, but a bit expensive compared to the rest of the pricelist.

The food is very tasty, the staff is super friendly and it's quite cheap... so it's generally quite crowded!

The restaurant new location is modern, full of natural light and colours. There are several veg options that are simply delicious. The personnel are extremely welcome and friendly. We loved our lunch. Soups, ovos escalfados (eggs on a seitan veggy canapé), tofu with cream mushrooms. Delicious puddings.

Estábamos de viaje en el Algarve y visitamos este lugar dos veces. Lo más interesante es acompañar tu plato con un zumo Detox. Los platos del día sueles ser muy completos incluyendo seitan, arroz o couscous, ensalada y verduras varias. Los zumos son geniales y de entre la amplia variedad de postres no pudimos resistirnos a pedir los dos días la tarta de chocolate blanco bañada con chocolate caliente. El precio del plato ronda los 7,50 euros.

The concierge in our hotel told us about this place and was enthusiastic about it: She was not a vegetarian but liked the food there a lot. We went there to try it out and found it appealing: The food was well prepared and tasty, the prices fair, the staff very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, you should stop by and give it a try: You will find good food to fill your tummy.
