Awesome place for vegan cakes

I haven't had many opportunities to have decent vegan cakes in Seattle area, which is unexpected and very disappointing.
I haven't gotten a chance to try many of their cakes but I can see they offer different cake options each week. One is always vegan. I've seen vanilla cake and maybe one other option but I don't recall. They do take full cake ordering option. I placed an order for vegan carrot cake with 'cream cheese' frosting. I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect much. It's a simple cake. I got square double layer sheet cake. It's most definitely not a beauty to look at but flavor is amazing!
I don't like my cakes too sweet. The frosting was just perfect sweetness and the cake had a nice spice to it.
Allison was very responsive via email and was open to other suggestions for different flavors.
Would most definitely be ordering cake again!
