2.5 stars: overhyped, very average - Edit
Not sure why this place is always so busy, the food was average at best. The felafel pocket ($13) had felafel which was quite soft, lots of tahini texture and taste wise, in very thin pita bread.
Read moreMahsa'aha dip (spiced eggplant and capsicum) with bread ($13) was ok, not much taste, oily, and the bread was actually overly crisp fried pita chips.
The paprika fries with chilli salt ($8) was fine, however the paprika was not evenly sprinkled on, some chips had nothing some chips way too much.
The worse part, we were told the toum isn't even vegan. That's usually accidentally vegan so I was shocked.

Loved this place😄contrary to another reviewer, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, a bit industrial but tastefully designed and staff were really lovely.

The food is yummy but more suited for takeaway. Otherwise you will be squatting on a narrow leather stool listening to crappy hip hop and smelling the animal flesh frying a metre away from you.

I had the falafel pocket and it was incredibly tasty, the tahini is on point. The opening hours are a big bonus as you can stop by for a late night snack.

There's always a line of people waiting to be seated or to pick up takeaway from this place. Food is tasty, fresh and worth the wait.
