A latte of good croissants - Edit
A place for a quick coffee before taking the train. 2 vegan croissants are available (Multicereal and Abricot Jam), the Abricot one is very delicious but a bit dry because there's not much jam in it. They have soy milk for the coffees as well. I ordered a Latte machiato but didn't like the taste of it, I found it too bitter even with two sugars.

Good vegan options - Edit
They have different types of vegan croissants, one vegan sandwich and several vegan milks. It's located in the Lausanne train station so it's very practical to pop there before hopping on the train. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Small but useful selection - Edit
While this is not a fantastic vegan place, they cover all vegan bases: Salty, sweet, and coffee with plant milk - which they all have consistently.
